No you will not receive a proof, the pdf is your proof.

Can I enter information and update the history without entering an order?
Yes, you can also save to your computer and email the pdf for approval.

How long before I receive my stationary order?
5-10 working days.

What if my card has additional information that doesn't fit on the template?
